Local summer sports camps are also a great way for young football and cheerleader athletes to stay active and engaged during the summer months. With a focus on sports and physical activity, these camps can help athletes maintain the physical fitness and conditioning they have built up during the school year. Additionally, being around other children who are also passionate about sports can be a great motivator and can help to foster a sense of community and teamwork.

Strength & Conditioning Camp 6/19 - 7/19
SMCHS Youth Sports Camp is designed specifically for the 7th-8th grade athlete, emphasizing strength development, speed, agility and change of direction. This 5 week program designed by the SM Strength staff will ensure your athlete is prepared for their High school weight room.

Junior Cheer Camp 7/24 - 7/26
Join us for our Junior Eagle Cheer Summer Camp - Come learn cheers, chants, dance, stunts, and so much more! Registration is limited and camp will sell out! Cheer Camp will include: Junior Eagle Uniform, Fun with the SM Cheerleaders, Flexibility Training, Motion Technique, Jump Technique, Stunts, Cheers and Dances!
