Santa Margarita Pop Warner maintains a no-refund policy for all registration fees, with two exceptions:
Medical Condition – If a player is unable to participate due to a medical condition, a refund may be granted upon submission of a doctor’s note verifying the inability to play.
Relocation – If a family is moving out of the area, a refund may be considered with appropriate documentation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors and must include supporting documentation. Requests must be received prior to the first official practice of the season. A $35 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
No refunds will be issued for:
Voluntary withdrawal from the program
Player suspension or removal due to violation of league policies
Schedule changes, weather interruptions, or other uncontrollable circumstances
